1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using superxstudio.com (the “Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, refrain from using the Site.

2. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on this Site, including designs, images, and text, is the property of superxstudio.com or its licensors and is protected under international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction of handcrafted designs (e.g., animal, anime, or figurine carvings) is strictly prohibited.

Custom Designs: For commissioned works, clients retain ownership of personal concepts but grant superxstudio.com exclusive rights to produce and display the final physical artwork unless otherwise agreed.

3. Orders & Customization

Materials: We use natural woods (e.g., walnut, mahogany) sourced sustainably, often reclaimed or locally procured. Variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent and not defects.

Custom Orders: Requests for personalized carvings (e.g., anime characters, memorial statues) require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Design changes after production begins may incur additional fees.

Production Time: Delivery timelines (typically 20–35 days) are estimates and may vary due to material availability or complexity.

4. Payment & Shipping

Payment Methods: Accepted methods include credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted for security.

Shipping: We ship globally via tracked carriers. Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

Risk of Loss: Ownership transfers to the buyer upon shipment. superxstudio.com is not liable for damage during transit.

5. Cancellation

The User has a right to cancel an order without having to indicate the reason. The User can cancel an order by contact us before the order is shipped out.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of carvings, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged (proof required within 7 days).

If the user needs a refund or exchange, please contact us at superxstudiocom@gmail.com within 48 hours after receiving the goods. Our staff will inform you of the return authorization number and return address. In the case of non-quality issues: If you exchange the product, the user needs to bear the price difference between different products and the additional shipping fee; if you return the product for a refund, you need to bear the return shipping fee.

7. User Conduct

Prohibited Actions: Misuse of the Site (e.g., scraping content, impersonation, or fraudulent orders) will result in account termination and legal action.

Testimonials: By submitting reviews or photos, you grant superxstudio.com perpetual rights to display them on the Site or social media.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

Natural Materials: Wood may develop minor cracks or color shifts over time; this does not qualify as a defect.

Limitation of Liability: superxstudio.com is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., emotional distress) arising from product use.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major revisions will be notified via email or Site banners.
